Whether online or in print, your content is vital to how you and your business… product… story is viewed by that all-important audience. Years spent crafting copy, and later editing it for print, has given me the most solid foundation from which to work. Editorial features, copywriting and PR are three core components of what I can offer. Working in a narrative style, I can create editorial features which allow your audience to escape; copy which informs and entertains; and, marketing material which initiates response.

My written copy offering is also supplemented with writing for an online audience - an entirely different kettle of fish. The biggest factor which differentiates them is, of course, time. Flowing, engrossing copy versus snappy, succinct content. Tweets and posts with a direct message and call to action, all still with that relatable voice. Whether you need assistance with social media content, its scheduling, or both, I can help.

A Masters in Journalism, supplemented with a BA Hons in English Literature and Communication, has allowed me to enjoy an eventful career in journalism since 2012. In-depth conversational feature editorials are my signature and still very much something I love creating.

From interiors and intriguing personalities, to food and drink and even weddings, I work to find your passion and bring it to the fore. Aside from The Journal, I have had work published in national magazines including Grand Designs, Real Homes and FAKE.

I find myself on the ‘other side of the desk’ when writing your press material. Having received many a press release over the years - the good and the (very) bad - I have a unique point of view when it comes to what needs to be communicated.
